Siamo alla ricerca di un **Customer Care Specialist** con competenze tecniche per entrare a far parte del nostro team e supportare i nostri clienti in tutto il mondo. **Chi cerchiamo** Un professionista con passione per la nautica e un forte background tecnico, capace di gestire con autonomia le richieste dei clienti e coordinare interventi tecnici con fornitori e specialisti del settore. **Requisiti principali:*** **Formazione tecnica**, perito tecnico, costruttore navale, perito aeronautico o elettrico + laurea triennale ingegneria. In alternativa laurea magistrale in ingegneria con preferenza per specializzazioni navale, elettrica, meccanica, aeronautica, chimica, dei materiali.* **Esperienza** in ufficio tecnico o customer care in ambito cantieristico navale, diporto, costruzione aeronautica o automotive* **Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese** (spagnolo gradito)* **Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali*** **Conoscenza** o quantomeno familiarità **con imbarcazioni a vela** e impianti di bordo* Capacità di **lettura di schemi, disegni, manuali tecnici.*** Capacità di pia**nificazione e organizzazione lavori** attraverso la **scelta e il supporto dei tecnici/fornitori** necessari.* Buona **capacità di comunicazione, formale e informale**.**Cosa offriamo*** Un ambiente internazionale nel mondo della nautica di alta gamma* Sfide professionali in un settore dinamico e stimolante* Un team affiatato, con cui condividere passione e competenze## Invia la tua candidaturaPremere su sfoglia, scegliere il file e infine fare carica.
