Key Responsibilities Assist with leasing duties including showing apartments and preparing leases. Provide excellent customer service to residents and coworkers. Manage service requests and work orders efficiently. Conduct inspections of vacant apartments and common areas. Support the eviction process and handle late rent communications. Qualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate Degree preferred. Minimum of one year of property management experience preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic mathematical concepts. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts. Physical & Work Environment Regularly walk the property and climb stairs. Work in a controlled climate with low to moderate noise levels. Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Use personal mobile devices for work-related communication.
