IT Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on program financials and supports technology leadership in program-wide activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements across multiple projects and workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities and routines with CFO Change and ePMO
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
• Gather and facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution

Requirements:

• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
• Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience

Desired skills:

• Knowledge or experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Experience with Oracle Financials

Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
