Consumer Services Representative

Job Summary In this position, you will act as the primary contact for Remington consumer warranty as well as Remington eCommerce sales. Duties include: receiving and resolving incoming telephone, written, and electronic communications from consumers; providing product information and assisting with problem resolution, periodically receiving product returns and entering paperwork. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Handle all inbound consumer warranty/ecommerce sales calls Resolve written and electronic communications Process daily consumer return paperwork in consumer database Additional Duties and Responsibilities (time off phones) Process Consumer Checks received – Weekly Web Orders on Hold – Accept or Reject – Daily Process Chargebacks Respond to Amazon/Bazaarvoice reviews – Daily Respond to Amazon/Bazaarvoice Q&A’s – Daily Team Product Training as needed Resolve escalated calls/Backup for Manager Resolve Team product questions as needed Process Warranty Macro/Backup for Manager – Daily Education and Experience Profile Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of customer service/contact experience, or equivalent relevant experience. Required Skills Excellent telephone and communication skills (both oral and written) Organizational skills Computer and typing skills averaging 40 wpm Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Work Environment You will be working in a normal office environment.
