Sr Account Manager

Randstad Digital is looking for a Senior Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts. The Senior AE will sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and mapping our IT consulting services and solutions to their needs. This is a relationship-driven growth role, not cold calling.

What You'll Do:

• Grow Existing Accounts: Identify new project opportunities within your assigned accounts to meet net-new revenue targets.
• Build Trusted Relationships: Act as the primary business contact for clients, moving past procurement to build relationships with tech leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead Proposal Processes: Orchestrate the creation of statements of work (SOWs) and project proposals, pulling in technical architects and delivery teams as needed.
• Protect Account Health: Monitor client satisfaction, manage contract renewals, and proactively address any delivery bottlenecks or escalations.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Sweet Spot: 3 to 5 years of experience managing clients or selling within an IT consulting firm, systems integrator, or enterprise software environment.
• Tech Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must be comfortable discussing cloud infrastructure, software development lifecycles, or data solutions without getting lost.
• Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of expanding accounts, managing commercial negotiations, and hitting quota targets.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to coordinate with internal technical delivery teams to make sure what you sell can actually be built.

Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.

Pay Rate: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
