Job Title: Otolaryngologist

Available Shifts: 4-5 days per week

Compensation: $700,000 - $950,000

We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified otolaryngologist to join a collaborative team within a physician-led, not-for-profit health system located in New York’s Southern Tier. This role offers the chance to establish a comprehensive ENT practice, featuring 2-3 clinic days and 1-2 full operating room block days each week. You will be supported by audiology services, advanced practice providers, and a dedicated scheduling team.

• Develop a robust ENT practice with a balanced schedule of clinic and operating room days.
• Participate in a call rotation of 1:5, with additional compensation for on-call duties.
• Access to a Level II Trauma environment and opportunities for academic involvement with SUNY Upstate.
• Utilize Epic for electronic medical records and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) for efficient documentation.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $700,000 to $950,000, with work relative value unit (wRVU) incentives after reaching a threshold.
• Salary review after two years (or three years if visa-sponsored).
• Additional incentives include retention bonuses between $25,000 and $100,000, loan repayment options up to $75,000, and relocation assistance ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.

• Integrated support from a team that includes audiology services, 3 advanced practice providers, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical office assistants, and a dedicated OR scheduler.
• Perform surgeries at the main medical center, ambulatory surgery center, and in-clinic settings.
• Utilize advanced technology including Epic EMR and DAX for ambient scribing.
• Optional teaching opportunities for residents and medical students from SUNY Upstate.
