The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. This role involves managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams, while providing ongoing communication to stakeholders and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, leadership experience, and the ability to navigate complex initiatives to drive successful outcomes.

We're looking for a proactive program manager to own day-to-day execution across our brand and talent partnerships. Reporting into the Heads of Creator & Brand Partnerships, you'll turn partnership commitments into clear plans, keep partners and internal teams aligned, and ensure deliverables are activated effectively. Your work will give the partnership leads more capacity to develop larger opportunities and expand our presence in the world.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery across active partnerships, translating agreements into deliverables, owners, timelines and launch plans
• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact, running check-ins, handling operational questions and keeping next steps moving
• Coordinate onboarding, POs, invoices and payment follow-through with Procurement, Finance and Legal, flagging issues early
• Coordinate agreed product access, including Enterprise seats, and connect partners with the right onboarding and support teams
• Work with Marketing, Creative, Social and Comms to activate partner deliverables, coordinating assets, usage rights, approvals and campaign handoffs
• Maintain a clear view of commitments, dependencies and results; resolve routine blockers, escalate decisions xhyhwjd and improve repeatable processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering partnerships, marketing programs or complex cross-functional projects
• Strong partner relationship skills and clear, thoughtful communication
• Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple partners and deadlines
• Familiarity with content activation, approvals and the operational requirements of partnership agreements
• Sound judgment about what to resolve independently and when to involve partnership leads

Compensation: $90 - $120 per hour
