Make a difference in the lives of preschoolers by supporting their growth and development as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This opportunity offers a full-time, contract position working throughout the entire school year. You'll work with a preschool caseload, focusing on early intervention and helping children build the fine and gross motor skills foundational to lifelong learning.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active OT or COTA licensure
• Previous experience in school, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
• Demonstrated expertise with fine and gross motor skill development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of preschool learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to preschool-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff for comprehensive care
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Promote and facilitate student independence within the classroom and school environment
