What We’re Looking For:
- Illinois-licensed Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with high school students (grades 9-12)
- Understanding of supporting students with complex needs
- Prior school-based OT background is highly valued
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in grades 9-12 (caseload: approx. 18)
- Assess student abilities, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain insightful documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
