An amazing senior living community is looking for someone that has 3 yrs experience as an office manager / bookkeeper. Knowledge and familiarity of payroll processing software and QuickBooks is required; previous experience with HR is a plus. Looking to hire the right applicant immediately. Ability to work well in a team environment and be proactive in dealing with issues is a must. References required; employment contingent upon successful completion of background checks and other health screenings as may be required by the state.
Position Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Payroll Processing
- Preparation of monthly billing for residents
- AP/AR for numerous vendors
- Supervision and scheduling of receptionist staff
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Maintain payroll lists and personnel files
- Track, maintain, and submit new-hire, department transfer, and change of employment
status documentation
- Maintain and update resident records
Pay is competitive with industry standards.
