Position Overview

Our Sales Enablement team is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Content Strategist to help translate complex technology offerings, partner priorities, and go-to-market strategy into clear, actionable sales enablement content.

This direct-hire, fully remote role supports TEKsystems Global Services' channel partner strategy by creating content that equips sales teams to confidently position our capabilities, engage customers, and support technology transformation conversations. The ideal candidate brings a strong content, sales, or sales enablement background ; understands how to build practical resources that help sellers take action; and is comfortable collaborating with practice leaders, marketing, design, sales, and channel partners. Previous channel partner experience is not required, though experience working with channel partners or familiarity with the channel partner landscape is a plus.

This role requires someone who is process-oriented, adaptable, proactive, receptive to feedback, and able to balance a customer mindset with the assertiveness needed to drive work forward in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales enablement content and go-to-market messaging aligned to partner strategy, seller needs, and short- and long-term growth targets

• Collaborate with executive and strategic directors, practice leaders, sales, marketing, and design teams to plan, develop, and refine content

• Translate complex technology offerings, partner programs, and customer outcomes into clear sales plays, talk tracks, one-pagers, web content, and internal enablement resources

• Support channel partner initiatives by creating content that helps sales teams understand partner priorities, position TEKsystems Global Services capabilities, and identify customer engagement opportunities

• Build and maintain content plans, intake processes, and feedback loops to support consistent execution and continuous improvement

• Create and refine customer success stories using relevant data points, proof points, and input from practice and sales leadership

• Edit, proofread, and improve content for clarity, accuracy, tone, brand consistency, and sales usability

• Partner with sales stakeholders to understand field needs, gather feedback, and ensure enablement materials are practical, current, and easy to use

• Ensure content aligns with brand, compliance, copyright, and data protection requirements

• Stay current on technology trends, the partner landscape, customer challenges, and sales enablement best practices to generate new ideas and improve content impact

The Ideal Candidate Would Have the Following:

• 3 or more years of experience in content strategy, sales, sales enablement, marketing, partner/channel programs, or a related technology-focused role

• Experience developing sales-facing content, messaging, or enablement resources that help sellers engage customers and communicate value

• Familiarity with cloud, data, AI, managed services, or other technology transformation topics preferred

• Experience working with channel partners or familiarity with the channel partner landscape is a plus

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, practice leadership, and partner teams

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, customer-focused content

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio, work samples, or examples of relevant content or sales enablement deliverables

• Process-oriented and organized with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, stakeholder input, and multiple workstreams

• Adaptable and receptive to feedback with the ability to iterate quickly and improve content based on stakeholder and sales team needs

• Proactive and assertive communicator who can drive alignment, ask clarifying questions, and move work forward with limited direction

• Customer mindset and strong understanding of how content supports sales conversations, buyer needs, and business outcomes

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office; experience with content management, sales enablement, or collaboration platforms is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69600.00 - $104400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
