Mission Tortilla Route Vendor

This job is a temporary job that could turn into full time.

(Early Mornings are required between 3am-4am start time)

The employee will be responsible for picking up and loading up a mid-sized box truck early in the morning & servicing our 3 current grocery stores in Moreno Valley (Walmart, Target and Superior usually in that order) and ensuring that product is well stocked and have no out-of-codes and well maintained for the consumer. You will create invoices on a Zebra Handheld device, deliver product to the 3 grocery stores that are very close in proximity and stock/merchandise product accordingly. The owner currently makes deliveries Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Hours are generally 3:30am to 11:30am. Paid training will be provided for 2-4 weeks. Commission-based… over 10k average weekly sales… need attention to detail (no tolerance for out-of-code products left on shelves) and weekly sales.

Experience in the Grocery or Route/Vendor industry preferred

(Bimbo, Pepperidge Farms, Mission, Snyders..etc)

Skills:

Good Work ethic

Computer skills (Zebra Handheld Device and printer)

Will be moving and required to lift 50-75lbs when merchandising

Attention to detail when it comes to merchandise

Knowledge of grocery stores and how they operate

Education:

GED or High school education required

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $500.00 - $600.00 per week
