( a property management company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with minor renovations and tenant repairs at various properties in Los Angeles. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, flooring repairs, drywall, and HVAC repairs Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned Must work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image Maintain cleanliness at all work sites Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various job sites Proficient in English and authorized to work in the US Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl Compensation: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days & $500 after six months of consistent employment) #J-18808-Ljbffr
