Summary Because we are looking for an Operations Supervisor! This role starts at $19/hr. What does the ROLE entail? Responsible for assisting in oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food & Beverage Operations Divisions, including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets, and Event Services/Banquets. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills. Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments. This position works in a team environment. Other duties may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll, and scheduling. Your EXPERIENCE A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Hotel experience is a must – supervisory experience preferable. Strong customer service orientation and skills. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills. A fun and energized person with a creative mindset. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service. Must be proficient in general computer knowledge. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift, pull, push a moderate amount of weight.
