Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the full 2026/2027 school year. This in-person position offers the chance to make a significant impact while collaborating with dedicated professionals across multiple school sites. Two openings are available for full-time SLPs eager to provide exceptional care in an educational environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans in alignment with district and state guidelines
• Providing direct therapy to students with diverse communication needs
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and IEP teams
• Serving students across K-12, adapting strategies to fit various age groups

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Connecticut
• Experience in school settings and working with K-12 populations preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work well within a collaborative team
• Must be available for on-site, in-person instruction five days per week

This opportunity spans from ASAP through June 2027, with schedules running Monday through Friday, totaling 35 to 37.5 hours per week, depending on placement. Support students’ academic and social success while gaining experience across a diverse caseload.
