Business Analyst
Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 08+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Kirkland WA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID:26-30275 Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and manage metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Perform SQL-based analysis and statistical analysis.
- Build self-serve analytical tools and support RCA initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Moderate to advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Python/R and AI solution experience are a plus.
- Tech industry or Trust & Safety experience is preferred but not required.
