Position: On-site Coordinator


Reports to: Director of Operations

Location: Client Warehouse


Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 3:30PM with possible OT on weekends

Purpose:

The purpose of the On-site Coordinator is to provide superior customer service while organizing associates at the customer's site.


Essential Functions:

• Arrival check in: Ensure associates are signed in/out and following customer specific time keeping procedures
• Review PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and make sure they are in place. SAFETY IS A NUMBER ONE PRIORITY
• Walk the floor and ensure associates are in assigned areas following all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Procedures) working productively and safely
• Send daily numbers for each shift, update weekly reports, and turn in hours for payroll
• Communicate with client supervisors for feedback on associate performance as well as additional staffing needs
• Confirm associates to return next scheduled work day
• Maintain complete and up-to-date associate list with phone numbers
• Assist in recruitment by promoting our referral bonus program with associates
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment and use time efficiently
• Business related phone calls must be answered and responded to at all times
• Any and all duties as directed by management or customer

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in customer service
• Independent worker with the ability to take charge
• Able to prioritize, plan/organize time efficiently

• Effective communication skills
• Computer literate

• Detail oriented, team player
