House Supervisor RN - Float Pool - Per Diem Variable

RN House Supervisor Position: RN House Supervisor at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center, San Pedro, CA. This is a per‑diem position working 12‑hour variable shifts. Responsibilities Supports the Patient Care Division and Administration with coordination of hospital operations on assigned shift to support the Mission and Core Values of the organization and in compliance with all regulatory agencies. Utilizing available resources works to ensure the provision of efficient, cost‑effective and safe delivery of patient care. Requirements Graduation from an accredited nursing program. California Registered Nurse License (upon hire). National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire). Minimum 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $68.94 - $108.84 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonuses.
