Salary: $42,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• We collaborate with development teams to triage issues and share insights and recommendations for improvements.
• We document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
• We participate in root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and help prevent recurrence.
• We assist with application deployment and configuration across different environments.
