Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted communications advisor to the Company Group Chair on strategy and messaging
- Develop and execute comprehensive executive communications strategy aligned with business priorities
- Create high-impact content including speeches, presentations, and strategic narratives
- Build and manage executive visibility program across earned, owned, and paid channels
- Lead employee engagement communications including town halls and leadership forums
Requirements
- Extensive executive communications and strategic messaging experience
- Proven ability to translate complex healthcare and business topics for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives and senior leaders
- Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats and platforms
- Experience building and managing integrated communications programs
- People leadership experience with ability to manage and develop direct reports
