Join Our Team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Chinle, AZ!
Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further!
Our contract assignments range from a minimum of 13 weeks, giving you the opportunity to broaden your horizons and choose a different adventure.
Scope of Work:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
36/48 rotation schedule (First week 3 days 12hrs. Shift - Second week 4 days 12hr Shifts.) Items Needed for Consideration:
- Resume.
- 2-3 professional references (names, numbers, titles, and emails).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- ANY State RN License or Diploma.
- Skills Checklist (will be sent to you once the above items are completed).
