Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: 3-12 hour night shifts per week, with rotating call schedule

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Current state RN license or ability to obtain, in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Current TNCC certification
- Minimum of 3 years RN Emergency Department experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Assess and triage patients based on severity of conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management strategies
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to safety standards

Compliance / Notes:
- RADIUS RULE: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
- Out of state agencies must register in the system and enter their real address while selecting the appropriate state.
- Ensure correct SSN and DOB are in the system to prevent onboarding issues.
