Job Description Job Description Established multi-state personal injury law firm with an emphasis on cases involving motorcycle wrecks is seeking a top-notch legal support candidate with excellent writing, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have personal injury experience either as a paralegal, legal assistant, or intake coordinator. The successful candidate must be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients who have been injured in motor vehicle collisions (motorcycle and auto) and other personal injury cases. Candidates for consideration must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. The responsibilities of this position may include: · New client intake in-person and via telephone · Open new claims with insurance adjusters · Open new files in our case management program (SMOKEBALL) · Request collision reports for cases in multiple states · Handle property damage and personal property claims · Assist with case investigations · Support attorney, other paralegals & legal assistants in the firm as necessary We offer a competitive benefits package, a relaxed work environment, a 37.5 work-week, and paid holidays, vacation, and PTO.
