Full-Time Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerReports To: Chief of Mental HealthLocation: Queens/Manhattan, New York, United StatesResponsibilities:Provide psychiatric and psychopharmacological care to patientsCollaborate with primary care providers to ensure that the patient is receiving quality comprehensive medical careProvide consultations as requested by the medical providersEstablish reviews and evaluate treatment plans and goals with patientsManage caseloads and documentation through electronic medical records systemParticipate in on-call rotation after business hoursParticipate in quality assurance activitiesSome weekend hours requiredPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Completed advanced nursing education in psychiatryLicensed to practice in New York StateAt least 3 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerBasic CPR (BCLS) certification requiredSpecialty Certification preferredBilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese requiredCompensation and Benefits:Full-time annual base salary at $145,000 - $160,000, with additional productivity-based incentive payEmployer-paid malpractice coverage through FTCAEmployer-paid dental, vision, disability and life insuranceMedical insurance403(b) retirement savings planFlexible spending accounts for transit, parking, health and dependent carePaid time off (6 weeks)Continuing medical education time and allowanceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramsNational Health Services Corps loan repayment program available, andThe Health Center is qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
