HR Coordinator – Little Falls, NJ (Onsite) Let’s be real—this is a hands‑on HR role where you’re in the mix across everything: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and employee experience. Here’s the deal Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator who can keep things moving, stay organized, and handle a high-volume environment without missing a beat. What you’ll own Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation Assist with benefits admin, payroll processing, and terminations Track CLE credits, training, and compliance (legal environment) Manage I‑9s, background checks, and HR audits Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives Run reports, track attendance/leave, and handle day-to-day HR inquiries What you bring Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of HR experience Legal industry exposure?
