Summary

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize paid media investments across social, affiliate, influencer, audio, CTV, and emerging channels. This role will bring greater rigor to measurement, incrementality testing, and data-driven budget allocation while balancing brand awareness and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with mature analytical skills and understands how media performance connects to broader business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid media investments across paid social, affiliate, influencer, audio, CTV, and emerging channels .
• Balance brand awareness and new customer acquisition objectives across the marketing mix.
• Apply Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to inform media investment and budget allocation decisions.
• Analyze incrementality, MER, new customer CAC, and contribution margin to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Guide budget allocation and reallocation based on performance, incremental impact, and broader business outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate channel performance and identify opportunities to improve media efficiency.
• Partner with Creative and Analytics teams on testing and experimentation initiatives.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for media investment and campaign optimization.
• Evaluate performance across digital and physical customer touchpoints.
• Build and use mature performance measurement frameworks that go beyond basic ROAS reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate across marketing functions to support a unified growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) .
• Strong hands-on paid social experience.
• Experience with CTV advertising .
• Strong understanding and practical use of MER and new customer CAC .
• Experience managing and optimizing paid media investments.
• Experience with D2C eCommerce .
• Strong understanding of marketing incrementality and testing.
• Ability to make data-driven budget allocation and optimization decisions.
• Experience connecting media performance to customer acquisition and broader business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and broader Marketing teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across omnichannel marketing and both physical and digital customer journeys.
• Experience measuring marketing effectiveness across multiple paid media channels.
• Experience with mature performance measurement frameworks that evaluate incremental business impact beyond ROAS.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer with strong paid media expertise and sophisticated measurement capabilities . They understand how to evaluate incremental growth, new customer acquisition efficiency, media effectiveness, and overall business contribution rather than relying solely on channel-level ROAS. They are comfortable making budget recommendations, challenging assumptions with data, and partnering across teams to drive measurable growth.

The salary range for this position is 60/hr to 68/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
