Real Estate Buyer Agent

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to strengthen their buyer skills and grow within the Long Beach luxury real estate market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, touring properties, building relationships, and learning how to convert buyer opportunities into successful transactions.

You will connect with active buyers through the Zillow Flex program and learn how to guide clients throughout their home search. From understanding their goals and identifying properties to scheduling tours and conducting showings, you will gain practical experience while developing stronger communication and client service skills.

Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will learn effective follow-up, buyer consultations, property searches, open houses, negotiations, contracts, and transaction management. Coaching and proven systems will help you build confidence, improve conversion, and develop the habits needed to create consistent business.

The goal is to help you become capable of managing buyer relationships from the first conversation through closing while building your own pipeline of future clients and referrals.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely

• Follow the team plan
• Learn language of sales and lead gen
  

Qualifications:

• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

• Real estate license required
• Sales communication experience
