Marketing Manager Camber seeks Marketing Manager in Piscataway NJ to manage end-to-end marketing strategy for pharmaceutical products including market research, competitor benchmarking, product positioning, pricing, go-to-market execution etc.; establish structured workflows and performance KPIs to improve project turnaround times; direct advanced market research initiatives by leveraging primary/secondary research, competitive intelligence and predictive demand modeling to anticipate market shifts & develop actionable growth strategies; develop & execute promotional campaigns; implement targeted digital outreach strategies to improve physician engagement rates & drive measurable prescription lifts; manage marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities while optimizing spending allocations to improve ROI by streamlining underperforming campaigns and reallocating to high-growth channels; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance etc.) to align market strategies; drive digital marketing transformation using data analytics tools & CRM insights; implement competitive pricing intelligence systems to monitor market trends & ensure proactive pricing adjustments/strategies; plan & build partnerships with vendors/distributors/healthcare professionals/wholesalers; manage & mentor team of marketing professionals/analysts etc. Annual Salary: $199,500. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in MBA/ Business Administration / Marketing Science or related and three years relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
