Pure Home Renewables is seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in our Mount Laurel, NJ office. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants by speaking with homeowners over the phone. Your success directly impacts your income, with uncapped commissions and significant earning potential for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to generate interest in residential solar energy solutions.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Solar Sales Consultants.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of solar energy and company offerings.
• Follow call scripts while adapting conversations to each prospective customer.
• Accurately document call activity and appointment details in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize appointment quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of phone sales or door-to-door sales experience required.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software.
• Must be able to work on-site in our Mount Laurel, NJ office.
