• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Offer education, guidance, and emotional support to patients and their families, empowering them to engage in their treatment.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advances in mental health practices, integrating new strategies into your treatment approach.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, consisting of individuals dealing with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and developmental disorders. Your expertise will be critical in helping these patients navigate their mental health challenges while improving their quality of life through compassionate care and effective treatment strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.

• In-depth knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
