Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting intakes for couples and individuals to assess their mental health and relational dynamics.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address issues such as family conflicts, grief, emotional distress due to medical challenges, and substance abuse.

• Facilitating individual and joint therapy sessions, ensuring safe space for open communications.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that contain measurable goals and a structured timeline for recovery.

• Continuously evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients that include couples, families, and individuals, addressing the following concerns:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A yearly salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
