We pride ourselves on a fast-paced, collaborative environment where development professionals can truly own their projects from conception to construction.Job DescriptionThe Preconstruction Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project coordination support to the Preconstruction and Development teams during planning and design. Assist with project documentation, schedules, meetings, budgets, due diligence, and consultant coordination.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple preconstruction projects and maintain schedules and action logs.Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.Organize drawings, contracts, reports, and project files.Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, and vendors.Assist with budgets, bid comparisons, and cost tracking.Track permits, due diligence documents, and project deadlines.Prepare reports, presentations, and general project correspondence.Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Qualifications & EducationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.0–2 years of related experience.Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and learn quickly.Required SkillsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to build productive working relationships with consultants, etc.High attention to detail and strong time management skillsAdditional InformationCompensation & BenefitsBase salary tailored to experience.Participation in the company’s comprehensive benefits program (medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off).All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Project ManagementExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Automotive
