Assistant Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
- Assist machine operators with daily production operations, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
- Operate and monitor production machinery, make adjustments as needed, and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Load materials, stage products, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety and production procedures.
Assistant Operator Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and identify product issues.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine functions, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform physical tasks as required.
