We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and development of company projects. This entry-level remote position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in gaining experience in project coordination and business development.

The successful candidate will assist with project documentation, research, scheduling, communication, and administrative activities while helping ensure projects remain organized and on track. Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and development of new and existing projects.
Support project managers and team members with day-to-day coordination.
Research project requirements, resources, and potential opportunities.
Maintain project records, documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
Coordinate communications and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and project materials.
Monitor project information and identify potential issues or delays.
Participate in virtual meetings and document important action items.
Perform general administrative and organizational duties related to project development.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous project coordination, administrative, or business experience is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and project management tools.
