Why This Role Matters When customers call us, they are often stressed, frustrated, or dealing with an urgent plumbing problem. You’ll be the calm, confident first voice they hear. You’ll help customers feel taken care of, keep technicians moving efficiently, and play a major role in the success of the day. This is not “just answering phones.” This is an important operations role inside a growing company.
