Home Health Aide

Schedule: Day Shift (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Home health experience required
• Experience with Home Care Home Base and Pointcare

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health status.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Follow care plans as developed by healthcare professionals.

Compliance / Notes:

• Mileage reimbursement included.
• Submit full social security number, date of birth, preferred start date, requested time off, middle name, and address with the application.
