A market leader in specialty ingredient solutions, the company is now aggressively expanding its B2B specialty dry mix and food ingredient business across North America. Drive B2B expansion into commercial food processing facilities (protein/frozen food processors) and major foodservice distributors. Deliver solution-based pitches for custom coating mixes, starches, seasonings, and functional ingredients. Build and manage relationships with key accounts, commercial buyers, and regional distributors.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of B2B Sales experience in the Food Industry (Manufacturer, Distributor, or Ingredient Supplier). Proven track record in New Business Development (Hunting / Cold Outreach / Closing). Self-starter comfortable with frequent travel (~50%) and a hybrid work arrangement.
