Senior Recruiter

Recruiting is Navan's top growth priority. As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you'll own hiring for a critical segment of our North America sales organization, with a focus on SDRs and Associate Account Executives. You'll partner directly with senior sales leaders to shape hiring strategy, build high-converting talent pipelines, and bring the people and process discipline needed to scale. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence how Navan builds its next generation of sales talent.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for approximately 8-12 concurrent searches across North America, from intake through close.
• Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers as a trusted advisor, translating business goals into clear hiring plans, ideal candidate profiles, and focused search strategies.
• Manage the recruiting funnel with commercial discipline, using pipeline data and market insight to prioritize searches, identify gaps, improve conversion, and increase hiring predictability.
• Build creative, scalable sourcing strategies to reach high-potential sales talent across established and emerging markets.
• Lead calibration, interview design, debriefs, and closing conversations to create a consistent, high-touch candidate experience while maintaining a high bar for talent.
• Bring practical solutions to hiring challenges, including recommendations on talent pools, process improvements, and new markets.
• Own the candidate relationship throughout the process and represent Navan with clarity, urgency, authenticity, and conviction.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting high-volume, high-caliber sales hiring, ideally in a startup environment.
• A strong point of view on identifying high-potential talent, including the ability to assess both demonstrated performance and less obvious, intangible indicators of future success.
• Strong recruiting-funnel judgment, including the ability to use data and market insight to prioritize work, improve outcomes, and build trust with hiring stakeholders.
• A consultative approach to hiring-manager partnership, with the confidence to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and bring forward practical solutions.
• A candidate-first mindset and commitment to a high-touch experience demonstrated through exceptional organization, thoughtful communication, and unparalleled bias for action.
• A deep knowledge or curiosity of the AI talent landscape, and sound judgment to discern noise from true value-add.
• Agency recruiting experience is welcome. We value demonstrated recruiting ability, commercial instincts, and ownership over a specific career path.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.

$62,100-$138,000 USD
