Support system upgrades, enhancements, releases, testing, and implementation of new UKG Workforce Management functionality. Develop and maintain system and reporting documentation, including configuration records, procedures, workflows, testing documentation, report logic, data sources, definitions, validation requirements, and end-user resources. Provide training, guidance, and support to managers, employees, HR, Payroll, and other users of UKG Workforce Management. Generate, develop, and maintain standard and ad hoc HRIS reports, and data extracts to support HR, Payroll, compliance, audits, and leadership. Assume responsibility for assigned recurring HR and HRIS reporting activities, ensuring reports are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, discrepancies, anomalies, and opportunities for process or system improvement. Perform data validation and reconciliations across HRIS, payroll, workforce management, and other applicable systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
