Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary A Customer Service Specialist is needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Goleta, CA. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding orders, accounts, services, scheduling, or general customer needs. Research and resolve customer issues while documenting interactions clearly and accurately. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently. Maintain organized records, update customer information, and support general administrative tasks. Deliver a positive customer experience through strong communication, patience, and attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $20 to $22 per hour. Job type: Temp-to-hire.
