A Customer Service Specialist is needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Goleta, CA. This role is ideal for an administrative and customer support professional who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and resolve customer issues while documenting interactions clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Maintain organized records, update customer information, and support general administrative tasks.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
