Job Title PMO Business Project Manager (Office: Nashville, TN or Cambridge, MA) Overview The PMO Business Project Manager plans and executes multi‑discipline projects with limited supervision, ensuring delivery to agreed specifications, timelines, cost, and staffing requirements. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks while optimizing the project business case over a typical ~1‑year horizon and aligning initiatives with organizational strategy. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end multi‑discipline projects – initiate, plan and execute to deliver on scope, time, cost, and staffing while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and customer feedback alignment. Balance project constraints and risks – manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and resources; monitor risks, raise issues and provide progress reports for effective decision‑making. Maximize business impact – monitor and optimize the project business case, align goals with organizational strategy, and convert opportunities into measurable value. Guide and enable teams – lead diverse project teams to foster collaboration, innovation and efficiency in a dynamic environment. Ensure compliance with Philips standards – apply PBS/PEPF, PMBOK and SAFe practices to enforce best practices, governance and stakeholder/partner relationship management. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Strategy or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent. Demonstrated stakeholder partnership ability, emotional intelligence, ownership & commitment, servant leadership, customer centricity, judgment and strong networking performance. Excellent learning agility, business acumen, risk & change management, project & quality management skills, and proficiency with project management tools. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: Nashville, TN – $93,750 to $150,000; Cambridge, MA – $105,000 to $168,000. Salary may vary based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives. This is an office‑based role requiring full‑time presence in the company’s facilities; employees must be on site at least 3 days per week.
