Overview
Apogee Engineering is seeking a motivated Executive Admin . The Executive Admin provides senior-level administrative support for administrative assistance and recruiting activities. This position performs complex administrative tasks handles sensitive information and supports senior staff.
****Contingent Upon Contract Award****
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports correspondence and briefing materials.
- Maintain project information documentation and databases.
- Coordinate schedules meetings and events for senior staff.
- Handle sensitive and privileged information with appropriate security safeguards.
- Assist in developing and implementing intra-organizational procedures.
- Track budget and financial data as required and support routine security tasks such as visitor control records and safeguarding classified material.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education / Years of Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in administrative support or closely related functional area.
- Masters degree in business administration or related field.
- Significant experience providing executive-level administrative support in DoD or similar organizations.
