Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities: You’ll Achieve Success By:    - Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service. - Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care. - Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation. - Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.
