Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:Job Title: Practice Manager IIEmployment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekShift: Monday-Friday, no weekendsLocation: St. Mary Medical Center - Langhorne, PAPosition PurposePractice Manager II primary responsibilities include strategic direction and maintenance of the daily operations, financial and budgetary oversight as well as general management of a physician practice with two or more of the following: 5 or more providers, multiple locations, multiple specialties and high complexity.As a Practice Manager II, you will:Be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a Physician Practice at a single site (location). Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Have overall operational responsibility for the routine business and clinical functions through administrative and clinical staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the efficient delivery of services.Oversee the business and financial affairs of the practice.
