Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound / Sonography Technician to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, ensuring they are informed about each procedure step
• Work in synergy with radiologists and referring healthcare providers to secure high-quality diagnostic images
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring any issues are reported promptly
• Thoroughly document imaging procedures and ensure patient data is recorded accurately in the electronic medical records system
• Stay abreast of the latest advances in ultrasound technology and best practices to ensure quality care

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of an accredited CAAHEP Sonography program is highly preferred

Certification Requirements

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a recognized equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
