Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Orthopedic/Spine – Tennessee

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 4 weekend shifts per schedule; rotation-based floating policy

Highlights:

• 26-bed orthopedic and spine surgery unit with 6:1 patient ratio
• Specialize in knee and hip replacements, plus multi-level spine surgeries
• Comprehensive unit support including unit secretary, PCTs, and patient navigators
• Documentation system: Meditech EMR
• Equipment includes CPM machines, SCDs, walkers, and specialized cooling devices
• Multiple positions available for qualified candidates with strong orthopedic backgrounds

Requirements:

• Active RN License in Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
• Strong orthopedic nursing background required
• Demonstrated compassion and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to navy scrub dress code
• Commitment to meeting patient experience standards
