Packer/Scrapper - Packer Labor PR02 (Links 2nd Shift)-Newbern 2nd Shift

Job Details: Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's Pay - 20.95/Hr. Job Description: Load patties within department specifications. Recognize product that may not meet standards. Slide packed patties onto conveyor line. Keep fresh scrap patties off the line. Keep patties lines even and take doubles off the line. Set up area with all needed equipment. Perform minor maintenance on equipment. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead Person, Supervisor or Superintendent. All other duties as assigned. Must clean up area at end of production shift, including but not limited to sweeping, picking up debris from the floor, and spraying work areas. REQUIREMENTS: “The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.” Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.
