Business Development Representative - Outside B2B Sales

Drive net-new B2B revenue Generate new business through 100–150 weekly outside sales activities (prospecting visits, calls, events, networking) Own your territory and build a pipeline across diverse industries Lead consultative sales conversations Sell Managed Print Services, workflow solutions, hardware, and document lifecycle tools Engage with key decision makers such as IT Directors, CFOs, Operations Managers, and business owners Stay sharp, stay curious Stay current on industry trends, product improvements, and competitive shifts Participate in professional development, networking, and personal growth programs Be a key contributor Bring energy, teamwork, accountability, and positivity to a high-performance team Celebrate wins, support teammates, and represent the brand with excellence Requirements 3+ years of Outside B2B Sales experience in the production print or related technology sales (preferred) Knowledge of Canon, Xerox production print technologies and related software solutions Proven success in high-volume field prospecting Comfort with 100–150 weekly outbound activities Successful track record managing a pipeline in a CRM Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in-office at our Oak Park, MI location Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Self-starter mentality — you love hunting, not waiting for leads #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
