What You'll Be Doing

• Apply industrial coatings using spray guns and wet paint systems
• Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, taping, scraping, and patching
• Verify quality, quantity, and accuracy of materials and parts
• Safely handle paint materials and dispose of chemical waste
• Maintain paint equipment and work area organization
• Conduct inventory and supply audits
• Report production information accurately
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and related equipment safely
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an Industrial Painter, Spray Painter, Automotive Painter, Blaster, Powder Coater, or Paint Technician
• Experience with spray guns and paint preparation
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

Additional Information

Candidates will complete a basic skills assessment covering shop math, blueprints, mechanical aptitude, and tooling concepts prior to a facility tour.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $61000.00 - $74000.00/yr.
